Tetiana Savchenko has over 10 years of experience in the banking sector, specialising in financial monitoring, compliance, and risk management. She has held managerial positions at leading Ukrainian banks, where she was responsible for implementing internal control systems and coordinating monitoring processes.
Tetiana joined the NovaPay team in July 2025 as the Director of the Financial Monitoring Department.
She has in-depth expertise in building and developing financial monitoring systems. Her key areas of professional focus include:
- development and implementation of financial monitoring policies and procedures
- risk management and determination of customer risk profiles
- organisation of internal control and a multi-level verification system
- methodological support and adaptation to changes in the regulatory environment
