NovaPay upgrades its credit card: new benefits, quick top-ups, and in-app statements
04 November, 2025

NovaPay has added three new features to its credit card, making it even easier and more rewarding to use. The updates concern bonus accruals, quick top-up functionality, and the easy generation of statements and summaries.
Here’s what’s new:
- the bonus programme now also applies to credit cards: up to 20% benefit on Nova Poshta delivery payments and cash-on-delivery fees. The only condition: the parcel must be sent with the cash-on-delivery option;
- we’ve added quick actions to help you make your next payment. These prompts contain minimum repayment amounts. You can now top up your card with a single touch, without entering the amount manually.
- you can now instantly generate payment and interest statements in the app — no waiting, no calls to support. In addition, account statements, previously available only in Ukrainian, can now be generated in English.
‘We are developing the NovaPay app as a tool for everyday financial convenience, listening to our users and constantly improving the service. A credit card should not only be a convenient tool for shopping, but also provide additional benefits,’ comments Yana Levada, Director of Business Development at NovaPay.
You can apply for a card in the NovaPay app in just a few clicks. To do this, you need to:
- on the main screen, select ‘Loans’ → ‘Apply for a credit card’;
- wait for the scoring result (it takes up to 10 seconds);
- check out your credit limit and terms;
- sign the documents and create a PIN for your card. Done!
The maximum credit limit is up to UAH 200,000. The base interest rate is 60% per annum, and the effective rate is 79.59%. The grace period is up to 62 days. The credit line is revolving – once repaid, your available limit is automatically renewed. The loan term is 12 months.
NovaPay is an international financial service from the NOVA (Nova poshta) group of companies, which has been providing online and offline payment solutions in over 3,600 branches for 13 years. NovaPay was the first non-banking institution in Ukraine to receive an extended licence from the NBU to open accounts and issue cards.
* The credit card was created using the credit products of two companies operating under the NovaPay brand: cards from NovaPay LLC and a revolving credit line from NovaPay Credit LLC.
