Yana Levada
Acting Deputy CEO for Retail Business at NovaPay (NOVA Group)
Yana Levada has over 18 years’ experience in the banking sector and fintech projects, and has held senior management positions in this field for over 13 years. She has been responsible for business development, client sales, branch network management, and the creation and development of digital financial services and payment products.
Yana joined the NovaPay team in 2016. From December 2023, she headed the business development department. Since June 2026, she has been developing the retail business division.
During this time, Yana has implemented the Cash2Card solution, built an online payment system for Nova poshta customers, and launched Tap-To-Phone and auto-debit. She oversaw the development and launch of the NovaPay mobile app.
She is ranked among the ‘Top 50 Most Influential Women in Ukrainian Fintech’ by UAFIC.
