NovaPay has registered its 15th bond issue worth UAH 200 million

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) has registered NovaPay’s* 15th issue of corporate bonds – Series O – with a total nominal value of UAH 200 million.

The securities are available for purchase by individuals via the NovaPay mobile app. The fixed yield is up to 18% per annum; at the end of the term, NovaPay returns the invested funds to the investor and pays the return to their card.

“We are consistently developing our corporate bond program, as we see sustained interest from Ukrainians in this investment instrument. The registration of this new issue will enable us to continue raising funds to develop the company’s financial services and lending products,” – said Yana Levada, Director of Retail Business Development at NovaPay.

NovaPay has been implementing its strategy of raising funds through public corporate bonds since 2023. Following the start of the full-scale invasion, NovaPay became the first Ukrainian company to offer private investors the opportunity to invest in public corporate bonds. Since then, NovaPay has placed 15 bond issues, two of which have been fully redeemed, confirming the company’s consistent fulfilment of its obligations to investors.

Over 8,000 clients have already become holders of NovaPay bonds, and the total portfolio has exceeded UAH 4 billion.

NovaPay’s corporate bonds have a credit rating of uaAA, assigned by the Standard-Rating agency – one of the highest among non-bank financial institutions in Ukraine. Series O bonds can be purchased online via the NovaPay app. The face value of each bond is UAH 1,000.
