- The maximum amount per transaction with a NovaPay card is equal to the limit for online payments set for the card
- The maximum amount per transaction from any bank card is UAH 29,999
- When paying from UAH 500, you will receive a one-time password to confirm the payment

How can I activate the service?
The service is activated by the buyer:
- in the NovaPay application – go to the "Nova Poshta" section and click on "Set up Auto Debit";
- in the Nova poshta app – in the "Payments and Auto Debit" section, select the card from which you want to set up Auto Debit.
How can I pay without further ado at the branch?
Activate the "Auto Debit by default" function to pay without saying a word.
Where can I use the service?
Use the service when paying for shipments at the cash desk at Nova Poshta or with a courier.
What are the limits on the amount of payment for the service?
If you set up Auto Debit from your NovaPay card, the payment limit equals your limit for online payments set for the card. If you set up Auto Debit from another card, the limit is UAH 29,999 per day. If you pay UAH 500 or more, a one-time password is sent to your mobile number to confirm the payment.
