Improvements for business: entrepreneurs can conclude a cash-on-delivery agreement in the NovaPay app

Individual entrepreneurs cooperating with the NOVA group of companies (Nova poshta) can now sign a cash-on-delivery agreement in the NovaPay mobile app. Therefore, entrepreneurs who sell online and deliver by Nova poshta can quickly and easily conclude a contract and receive cash-on-delivery to their accounts.

“Previously, the cash-on-delivery agreement was signed manually, which required more time and effort. Customers had to fill out an application on the website, upload documents, and wait for a manager to call them for further instructions,” says Olexii Ruban, NovaPay’s Chief Innovation Officer. “Now running a cash-on-delivery agreement has become as automated and convenient as possible”.

To conclude a cash-on-delivery agreement in the app, you need to take three simple steps:

• have an individual entrepreneur account in the NovaPay app;
• in the wallet on the individual entrepreneurs’s screen, click on the “More” tab, select “Cash-on-delivery agreement” and “Execute agreement”;
• we will check the documents, and then you can sign the agreement and add up to three email addresses of employees working with cash-on-delivery.

After activating the agreement, customers will be able to receive cash-on-delivery directly to the individual entrepreneurs’ accounts day to day, have all the details of the work on one screen, and generate statements for the required period. Previously concluded agreements will also be available to view in the app.

“Last spring, we signed a cash-on-delivery agreement with NovaPay, and it greatly simplified our financial processes,” says Valeriia Bukreeva, co-owner of Twins Store. “We used to have to manually track cash and non-cash transfers, which took a lot of time. Now, all cash-on-delivery receipts are automatically displayed in the app, and I can easily generate a register for any period and view the details of transactions. Receiving cash-on-delivery to an individual entrepreneur’s account at NovaPay is also very convenient. The funds are credited on the same day, not the next one, as in other banks. I like that both financial and logistics services are provided by one group of companies, saving time and effort”.

Last July, NovaPay allowed entrepreneurs to open a payment account in its app. The functionality allows you to easily and quickly get a virtual business card and online access to major financial services, issue powers of attorney, and deposit and withdraw cash from your account at Nova poshta branches with a barcode in the NovaPay app.
