Why does the customer need to provide a package of documents?
NovaPay, as a payment institution, must conduct due diligence on its customers, particularly to establish business relations. This is stipulated in Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine, “On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of the Proceeds of Crime, Terrorist Financing and Financing Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction” and Annex 1 of NBU Regulation No. 107. Due diligence is carried out based on official documents submitted by the client (or a person acting on his behalf) or their copies certified in accordance with the established procedure.
Who pays for the 'Reliable purchase' service?
The buyer pays the cost of delivery services. The seller pays NovaPay's fee for the transfer service, which NovaPay debits from the amount of transferred funds in favor of the seller.
What is the cost of a "Reliable purchase"?
The cost of delivery services is paid according to Nova poshta's tariffs. The tariff for transferring funds using Internet-acquiring technology sets the fee for each counterparty separately.
What happens if the buyer refuses the parcel?
In the case of the "Reliable purchase" service, the buyer will get back the reserved funds, except for the parcel's delivery cost.
