NovaPay operates to requirements of Ukrainian legislation. Our rules and principles of ethics are based on universal values: humanism, mercy, compassion, honesty, and mutual respect.

Honesty and integrity in relations with the state, employees, partners, and clients are the main criteria for assessing our actions when paying taxes to the budget, paying remuneration to staff, creating appropriate working conditions, concluding agreements, and building operational processes.

Wherever we operate, we always fulfill our promises and try to do the right thing, even if it is not the easiest way. For us, it is the way in which the result is achieved that matters, not just the fact of achieving it. NovaPay expects its employees to be honest at all levels, and to comply with the requirements of the law and internal regulations.
