Terms and conditions of payment for loved ones
- The payer must use the latest version of the application. To do this, it must be updated in time
- The parcel to be paid for must be physically delivered by the sender to Nova poshta
- The amount that can be paid online cannot exceed UAH 29,999
- Online payment for another person is unavailable when a parcel is sent to the recipient’s address by courier, which must be paid in favor of a legal entity along with Nova poshta services. If you need to pay only for Nova poshta services or the cost of goods in favor of an individual, you can use the service

You can pay for a shipment that is sent to another person online in the NovaPay or Nova poshta mobile application
What data do I need to pay for a shipment for another person?
To pay for another person, you need to know the express waybill (EB) number and the recipient's phone number. This information is enough to find the shipment in the mobile application
Can I get a benefit when paying for my loved ones in the Nova poshta app?
No, you can pay for parcels with a 20% benefit only with a NovaPay mobile application and a NovaPay card. If you pay for a parcel with a card outside the NovaPay app, the benefit is not valid
Can I refuse the benefit when paying for my loved ones in the NovaPay app?
Yes, turn off the "Get the benefit" switch in the application before paying for the parcel
Are there any restrictions on the number of payments with benefits for loved ones in the NovaPay app?
Yes, every month you can get up to 20% of the shipping cost and cash-on-delivery fee at Nova poshta for 6 parcels. You can choose which parcels to pay for with a benefit: your own or your loved ones' 😉 The maximum amount you can save is UAH 50 per each of six parcels
