Cash-on-delivery crediting

To receive cash-on-delivery to your account day-to-day, you need:
1️⃣ An individual entrepreneur account with NovaPay
2️⃣ Logistics agreement with Nova poshta (for sending your parcels), if you haven't signed it yet
3️⃣ Cash-on-delivery agreement with NovaPay

You can open an individual entrepreneur account and sign a cash-on-delivery agreement with NovaPay in our app.
If you do not have an individual entrepreneur account with NovaPay, you must provide a full PACKAGE OF DOCUMENTS

If you have an individual entrepreneur account with NovaPay, click on the menu "More" → "Cash-on-delivery agreement" → "Sign agreement" in the application. We will check your documents, and all you have to do is sign the agreement.

Receive cash-on-delivery payments to your NovaPay account and pay just a 0.5% fee.

In the mobile app, you can activate the ‘Universal’ tariff. Thus, the fee is split between the sender and the recipient.
The seller’s (recipient’s) fee depends on the account to which the cash-on-delivery payment is credited:
👉 to a NovaPay account – 0.5%
👉 to another account – 1.3%

The buyer’s fee depends on how they pay for the order:
By a credit card or a purple card in the NovaPay or Nova poshta app – 1% + UAH 10;
By other cards or cash – 2% + UAH 20.

It all depends on the chosen tariff:

• under the "Universal Tariff", the cost of the service is split between the payer and the recipient;
• under the "Standard Tariff", the entrepreneur covers the entire fee for the transfer.

Cash-on-delivery will be credited to the accounts opened in NovaPay on the same day👍
For other accounts, the terms of crediting will remain unchanged – the next business day after we receive payment from your customers.

No, you can't. The funds will be received by the individual entrepreneur with whom the cash-on-delivery agreement is signed.

The fee is deducted automatically when money is transferred to the customer's account.

No, you do not need to pay anything extra.

After you receive the funds from NovaPay, you will receive a payment register to your email address specified in the cash-on-delivery agreement. You can find a sample of it in Appendix 1 to your agreement. You can also view your cash-on-delivery statement in the app.

Check whether cash-on-delivery is selected when you create a parcel (EW), and whether your clients have picked up their cash-on-delivery parcels.

The most common reason for the delay in cash-on-delivery is that the parcel is received at a collection point instead of a regular Nova poshta branch or parcel locker.

A collection point is a branch located, for example, in a shop or pharmacy. Since a collection point (CP) is not a full-fledged Nova poshta branch, there are no NovaPay cash desks for financial transactions.
To transfer money, the information is transferred to the nearest branch with NovaPay cash desks. As a result, the time it takes to receive the money may vary depending on the region. Usually, it takes 2-5 days.

What you can do with all the money credited to your account as a cash-on-delivery:
✅withdraw it at any Nova poshta branch using the barcode in the NovaPay app
✅transfer to your personal account or any other account in Ukraine
✅pay business bills

According to the law, individual entrepreneurs of Group 1 can only trade in markets and are not allowed to sell online. That's why they can't conclude a cash-on-delivery agreement.
If you plan to sell online, you should switch to the 2nd or 3rd group of single tax payers.
