NovaPay now offers a feature for ordering cash at Nova poshta branches via the app

Now users can pre-order cash for withdrawal at any of 3600 Nova poshta branches – right in the NovaPay mobile app.

Here’s what you need to use the new feature:

  1. open your favourite purple debit card in the NovaPay app;
  2. go to Card Settings and select Order Cash;
  3. enter the desired amount (from UAH 5,000), date, and the number of the most convenient Nova poshta branch to pick up the money.

That’s it! You can pick up your money the same day.

The feature is available for individuals and individual entrepreneurs.

‘This solution is for those who value planning and don’t want to waste time waiting in line or looking for an ATM. We value our customers’ time and listen to their feedback – that’s why we constantly improve both the functionality and user experience of our app,’ comments Yana Levada, Director of Business Development at NovaPay.

In general, cash from NovaPay cards can be withdrawn at Nova poshta branches using the barcode in the app, at ATMs of partner banks, or even during regular purchases – at supermarket, pharmacy, and petrol station cash registers – at over 10,000 retail outlets across Ukraine.

We remind you that the NovaPay app offers several advantages for individuals and entrepreneurs: fast payments and transfers, up to 20% benefit on delivery services and cash-on-delivery fees for cash-on-delivery parcels; attractive credit products – credit cards, instalment plans, and parcels on credit; investment opportunities and competitive rates. Individual entrepreneurs can open an account in just a few minutes, enabling them to receive cash on delivery for goods sold daily.

NovaPay is an international financial service of the NOVA Group (Nova poshta). It has been providing online and offline payment services for over 13 years in more than 3,600 branches. NovaPay was the first non-bank financial institution in Ukraine to receive an extended licence from the National Bank of Ukraine, which allowed it to open accounts and issue cards.
