NovaPay – among the top 25 companies where Ukrainian IT specialists want to work

NovaPay was ranked among the top 25 most attractive tech employers in Ukraine in the DOU Tech Employer Brand Research 2025 study.

According to the survey, 36% of respondents said they would like to work at NovaPay, which is one of the best indicators among fintech and technology companies on the market.

The DOU and Employer Branding Community study has been running for three years in a row. It evaluates companies based on a key criterion: the response of specialists who ‘would really like to work’ there. This indicator shows how attractive an employer’s brand really is to Ukrainian IT specialists and how much they trust the company.

The results showed that NovaPay is chosen by various professional groups: middle-level specialists show the greatest interest in the company, for whom product development in the product environment and work on solutions with real market impact are important. Among non-technical areas, NovaPay is particularly attractive to HR, marketing, and sales specialists, confirming the company’s perception as a mature product ecosystem for business development. At the same time, interest in working at NovaPay has been recorded in the country’s key business cities – Kyiv, Lviv, and Dnipro.

In 2025, NovaPay maintains a consistently strong position in the ranking, confirming its reputation as a technology company with ambitious product goals. Today, NovaPay Solutions, a separate technology company and a resident of Diya.City is responsible for development within the NovaPay group, working on NovaPay financial products.

Key factors contributing to NovaPay’s appeal to IT professionals include:

  • in-house R&D centre: 250+ developers working on NovaPay’s application;
  • real impact: nearly a million customers use the products created by the team;
  • innovation: the first non-bank financial institution with an extended NBU licence;
  • growth: in two years, the application has grown from MVP to a full-fledged financial platform;
  • technological challenges: AI, credit scoring, integration with payment systems, etc.;
  • stable legal and operational model: the company operates within a critical financial infrastructure that enables predictability and long-term planning for the team.

Recognition from the IT community is an important signal: NovaPay is perceived not only as a financial partner for businesses and Ukrainians, but also as a place where people want to create complex and meaningful technological solutions.
