NovaPay expands financial services at Nova poshta branches: even more convenient payments in the ‘here and now’ format
10 March, 2026

NovaPay continues to make financial services as accessible as possible, where people need them every day. From now on, Nova poshta branches offer even more utility bill payment options, including payments for over 400 condominium associations nationwide. The list of cities where parents can pay for kindergartens directly during their visit to the branch has also been expanded.
A separate section is dedicated to loan repayment. New services have been added to the existing ones, including the ability to repay loans from companies such as Moneyveo, CreditPlus, Credit7, and FirstCredit.
Popular services such as payments by bank details, tax payments, fees, and other payments, remain fully available.
“We know very well that financial matters are not always convenient. That is why we are doing everything we can to make them as simple and accessible as possible. Even when a person just comes to the branch to pick up a parcel. If you can pay off a loan or pay for kindergarten on the way, why not take advantage of this opportunity? Now users can pay at NovaPay branches on behalf of more than 3,000 companies,” says Yana Levada, Director of Business Development at NovaPay.
The cost of the payment service at branches is from 1% of the payment amount and may depend on the recipient of the funds. However, Ukrainians can make regular payments in the NovaPay app, including mobile top-ups and payments via bank details or contract. And it’s all free.
