Apply for a Case in the NovaPay Business Cabinet and sign an application to open a payment account under the "Case for Charity" product in Vchasno
Is it possible to open a Case for a charitable foundation without opening a payment account?
No, you need to open a NovaPay payment account. Then you will be able to open a Case for a charitable foundation. By the way, you can submit documents at the same time 😊
Is it possible to open a Case by power of attorney?
No, opening an account with NovaPay is done online, and you can open it from anywhere in the world 😊

What transactions can a charitable foundation make with the “Case for Charity” account?
With the “Case for Charity” account you can receive money: ✅ from accounts and cards opened with NovaPay ✅ from accounts opened with Ukrainian banks and payment institutions (via SEP – System of Electronic Payments) ✅ from bank cards or other payment institutions, including the NovaPay mobile application You can also transfer money to the charitable foundation's payment account opened with NovaPay
How many Cases can I open for a charitable foundation?
You can open up to 20 simultaneously active Cases. Closed Cases do not count 👌
How do I log in to the Business Cabinet for the first time?
After opening an account for a legal entity, the account manager's mobile phone number will receive a message with a link to the Business Cabinet, login, and password. You need to follow the link and enter the received data
How can I find out the details of a charitable foundation account?
In the NovaPay Business Cabinet, click on "Accounts" on the main screen, then “My Accounts” and double-click on the selected account. On the right side, you will see the “Details”. You can print them out or send them immediately to whomever you need 👍
How will the charitable foundation receive the link to the raising?
The link is sent by e-mail by the NovaPay manager after signing the Application for opening a payment account under the “Case for Charity” product. If the link is lost, please contact your manager 😉
How to donate?
The raisings can be replenished:
- with no limitations on the amount
- ✅ with a NovaPay card through the website or mobile application
- ✅ from a NovaPay, other payment institution, or bank account
- up to UAH 30,000 per day
- ✅ with a card of a Ukrainian bank or other payment institution through the website or mobile application
- ✅ via Apple Pay or Google Pay
Can the raising be replenished in cash?
No, it is not possible
Is interest charged on the account balance?
No interest is charged on the account balance
