NovaPay: Ihor Syrovatko steps down as CEO

NovaPay has announced that Ihor Syrovatko is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer.

The decision was reached by mutual agreement after discussions on the company’s future governance structure during the next stage of its development.

Ihor Syrovatko will continue to work at the company until the end of March and will ensure the handover of key processes, tasks, and areas of responsibility to the team.

Ihor Prykhodko, CFO of NovaPay, has been appointed acting CEO of NovaPay.

The NOVA Group thanked Ihor Syrovatko for his cooperation and contribution to the company’s development. 

“We are grateful to Ihor for his work and wish him every success in his future professional endeavours,” the company stated.

Ihor Syrovatko himself thanked the shareholders and the team for their trust and collaboration, expressing confidence in NovaPay’s future development.
