Investor confidence: NovaPay has sold out a series of bonds for institutions and issued a new one

NovaPay* has completely sold out of the UAH 100 million series C bonds issued in September 2023 exclusively for institutional investors. Instead, a new series for this category of investors, series I, is already available on the Perspectyva exchange.

“We are grateful for the trust of our investors – investment funds, banks, insurance companies, and AMCs – who have invested in our securities, series C bonds, and received a substantial return, which is higher than on competitive instruments,” says Ihor Prykhodko, CFO of NovaPay. “We know how deeply investors study the bonds they invest in. Our company is working and developing new products for Ukrainians, and businesses are appearing, and NovaPay is a dynamic financial service with a margin of safety. This, together with favourable financial conditions, attracts investors.”

Starting from 20 January 2025, NovaPay’s new series I bonds for institutions will be available on the Perspectyva Stock Exchange. The bonds’ maturity is until 04 December 2027, and interest payments are made quarterly. The nominal rate is 17%. This is a good opportunity for funds and financial companies to invest in liquid and profitable securities.

In 2023, NovaPay made three public issues of interest-bearing bonds of series A, B, and C for UAH 100 million each. Six more bond series – D, E, F, G, H, and I- were issued at the end of last year. Private clients can also buy NovaPay bonds quickly, easily, and conveniently via the NovaPay app. And the yield is higher than on bank deposits. The current credit rating of all series of bonds is uaAA, one of the highest among Ukrainian non-bank financial institutions.

* The issuer of the bonds is NovaPay Credit LLC.
