Who is investing in NovaPay bonds: over 8,000 investors and UAH 4 billion in investments

Over 8,000 clients have become holders of NovaPay* corporate bonds. Total sales have exceeded UAH 4 billion, confirming the growing confidence Ukrainians have in this investment instrument. The most active buyers of the bonds are military personnel, entrepreneurs, and employees.

“We can see that corporate bonds are gradually becoming a familiar investment tool for Ukrainians. It is particularly important to us that the majority of investors are private clients who are consciously choosing this instrument to preserve and grow their own funds. The figures speak for themselves: over UAH 4 billion is, first and foremost, an indicator of trust in NovaPay and confirmation that digital investment services are becoming increasingly accessible,” said Yana Levada, Director of Retail Business Development at NovaPay

The average age of an investor is 38, which indicates a growing interest in investing among the economically active population. Men account for 64.1% of bondholders, women for 35.2%, with a further 0.7% held by financial institutions.

The most common investors in NovaPay corporate bonds are employees (35%), individual entrepreneurs (26%), and military personnel (13%).

The average investment amount when purchasing via the NovaPay mobile app is almost UAH 40,000.

NovaPay corporate bonds can be purchased directly via the company’s mobile app. The face value of each bond is UAH 1,000, and the yield is up to 18% per annum. For institutional investors, the bonds are also available on the PFTS stock exchange.

Since 2023, NovaPay has carried out 15 corporate bond issues. The company has also successfully met its obligations to investors by redeeming two issues: Series C, worth UAH 100 million, in 2025, and Series A, worth UAH 100 million, in 2026. NovaPay’s corporate bonds have a credit rating of uaAA, assigned by the Standard-Rating agency.
