Instant cash transfer

At Nova poshta branches throughout Ukraine, you can send and receive money transfers from NovaPay, a financial company that is part of the NOVA Group of companies. In particular, the "Instant" money transfer is an urgent transfer of funds in hryvnia within Ukraine, which can be received in cash at NovaPay points located in Nova poshta branches.

You can send an instant money transfer:

• in the NovaPay mobile application;
• at a Nova poshta branch where financial services are provided.

To send money in the NovaPay mobile application, go to the "Transfers" section in the "Payments" menu and select the delivery method: to the card or the branch. Fill in the recipient's details, full name, and phone number, select a card, and pay for the transfer.

To send money at a branch, provide the operator with the recipient's details, name, and phone number, and pay for the transfer. To send a money transfer over UAH 5,000, bring your passport.

Maximum amount of "Instant" transfer:
✅ in the NovaPay app from a NovaPay card – up to UAH 29,999 at a time, up to UAH 100,000 per day
✅ by card at a branch – up to UAH 29,999 at a time, up to UAH 100,000 per day
✅ in cash at a branch – up to UAH 399,999.99

You can receive a money transfer at the Nova poshta branch, where NovaPay financial services are provided. The sender of the transfer pays the fee.

The transfer can be revoked before it is issued to the recipient.
To do this, in the NovaPay app, open the details of the transfer you want to cancel and click on "Cancel". The funds will be returned to the card instantly.

You can make a return at a convenient Nova poshta branch. To do this, the sender must personally visit a Nova poshta branch, where financial services are provided with identification documents. The transfer amount is paid to the sender in cash.The transfer fee is non-refundable. An essential condition for a refund is the availability of a sufficient amount of cash at the cash desk of the branch. Therefore, if the transfer was substantial, it would not be superfluous to visit the branch in advance and order the funds.

The following limits apply to instant online transfers:

• maximum amount per transaction is UAH 29,999;
• maximum amount per month per card - UAH 249,999;
• maximum number of transfers per card per day - 50 pcs;
• maximum number of transfers per card per calendar month - 500.

The maximum amount includes the money transfer itself and the service fee.
These restrictions are common to all financial services at Nova poshta that can be paid for online: on the NovaPay website, by auto-draft at branches and couriers, in the mobile application, and on the Nova poshta website.
