Cash withdrawals from NovaPay cards are now available at 10,000 points of sale across Ukraine

From now on, NovaPay customers can withdraw cash from their cards without additional fees during their usual purchases. This can be done at the cash desks of supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations, and networks that have joined the project. This service is currently available at more than 10,000 points of sale across Ukraine.

To use the service, you should:

  • inform the cashier when paying at the cash desk that you want to receive cash;
  • purchase for any amount and pay with a NovaPay card;
  • confirm the transaction via PIN or Touch ID/Face ID on your smartphone or smartwatch;
  • collect the money from the cashier along with the receipt.

The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is UAH 6,000, but it depends on the partner’s terms of service and the cash availability at the cash desk. The total daily limit is UAH 100,000 (summed up with all withdrawals – at an ATM or using POS terminals). Funds can be withdrawn without fees up to UAH 50,000 and over this amount – 0.9%, but not less than UAH 10.

As a reminder, cash can also be withdrawn from NovaPay cards at Nova poshta branches with a barcode in the NovaPay app without any fees, within the limits of the NBU.

NovaPay is an international financial service part of the NOVA group of companies (Nova poshta). It has provided online and offline payment services in more than 3,600 Nova poshta branches for 12 years. NovaPay was the first non-bank financial institution in Ukraine to receive an extended license from the NBU, which allowed it to open accounts and issue cards.
