NovaPay has updated its business cabinet for entrepreneurs: managing documents and payments is now even easier

Entrepreneurs can carry out most of their day-to-day financial transactions directly within the NovaPay mobile app. However, for those who are used to managing their finances on a computer or require more advanced account management features, the NovaPay business cabinet is available.

In response to feedback from business owners, NovaPay has simplified the process of handling documents and payments. In the latest update, the two most common actions – signing and sending documents – have been combined into a single ‘Sign and Send’ button. For cases where a document only needs to be signed, a separate ‘Sign without sending’ button has been retained. Another update is the automatic filling in of details when transferring funds to a NovaPay purple card: once a payment has been created, the system will do this automatically.

“We recognise that every business operates in its own way. For some, a mobile app is enough, whilst others find it more convenient to manage their finances via the web portal on a computer or tablet. That’s why we’re constantly developing both channels, simplifying even the smallest daily tasks. We carefully analyse how customers use the service and remove unnecessary steps wherever possible. It is precisely these changes – which may seem minor at first glance – that make for a user-friendly financial service,” said Oleksii Myropolskyi, Deputy CEO for the NovaPay business segment.

The NovaPay business cabinet is a web platform that provides round-the-clock access to your account from a computer, smartphone, or tablet. It allows entrepreneurs to manage their finances remotely, view statements, create and set up payments, browse the archive of payment documents, import and export data, and pay staff salaries as part of the NovaPay payroll project.

Signing up for and using the business cabinet is free of charge. Furthermore, NovaPay does not charge any fees for opening or maintaining an account, depositing funds, making payments, or transferring money.
