NovaPay and Naftogaz have expanded the range of services available at Nova poshta branches

Naftogaz of Ukraine Group, in partnership with NovaPay*, continues to improve access to customer services. From now on, at selected Nova poshta branches, the company’s customers can access additional services relating to gas supply.

Key services still remain available at 1,583 branches of the Nova poshta network: changing your gas supplier, applying for a new connection, obtaining a reconciliation statement or a certificate confirming that there are no outstanding debts.

New services are now also available to customers:

• updating personal details – the option to update your surname, telephone number, email address or passport details, or to rectify any discrepancies in the information relating to your personal account or contract;
• application to change the account holder – a service for new property owners who have purchased a property, inherited it or received it as a gift and need to transfer the contractual relationship into their name.

That is why NovaPay, together with its partners, is expanding the range of services available at Nova poshta branches. The services are available at selected branches of the Nova poshta network. Customers can find the nearest branch offering these services by using the interactive map on the company’s website.
