NovaPay has redeemed its Series B bonds: investors were paid UAH 463.6 million

NovaPay* has successfully redeemed its Series B bonds, issued in July 2023 with a total value of UAH 100 million. The company has fully met its obligations to investors by returning the principal and paying the accrued interest.

The Series B bonds were available to private investors via the NovaPay app. Over 2,000 customers purchased them during their circulation period. The total amount paid out to investors over the entire period – including the face value of the bonds and the income received – amounted to UAH 463.6 million. The yield on the issue ranged from 10% to 19% per annum, depending on the chosen investment term.

“For us, every redemption is, first and foremost, about fulfilling our obligations to the people who have entrusted their funds to NovaPay. The market for investment instruments in Ukraine continues to develop, and Ukrainians are increasingly looking for opportunities not only to safeguard their savings but also to generate income from them. Corporate bonds are one such instrument,” emphasised Yana Levada, Director of Retail Business Development at NovaPay.

The redemption of Series B marks NovaPay’s third successful bond redemption. In September 2025, the company redeemed Series C bonds worth UAH 100 million, and in April 2026, Series A bonds of the same value. Thus, the total nominal value of the three fully redeemed issues amounts to UAH 300 million. In total, over 8,000 customers have purchased NovaPay bonds via the app.

NovaPay’s corporate bonds are now available to retail investors directly via the app. Investments start from UAH 1,000 for terms ranging from one to 12 months.

Since 2023, NovaPay has been steadily expanding its corporate bond business. As of summer 2026, over 8,000 customers had become holders of the company’s bonds, and the total value of sales had exceeded UAH 4 billion.
