NovaPay has redeemed its Series A bonds worth UAH 100 million

NovaPay* has successfully redeemed its three-year Series A bonds. The company has fully met its obligations to private investors by paying out the UAH 100 million face value and the accrued interest.

Series A was registered by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission on 6 April 2023 and marked one of NovaPay’s first steps into the retail debt capital market. Throughout the entire circulation period, the company fulfilled its obligations to bondholders in a timely and full manner.

“Fulfilling our obligations to investors is a fundamental principle of NovaPay’s operations. The Series A bonds marked our debut public offering: the company was the first on the Ukrainian capital market to carry out a public placement of corporate bonds during a full-scale war. Subsequently, other market players began to use this instrument as well. And for us, this is an indication that we have set the right course and are helping to develop a culture of investment in Ukraine. The successful redemption of the bonds confirms NovaPay’s financial stability and our responsible approach to working with investors. We value this trust and will continue to work to justify it,” said Ihor Prykhodko, Acting CEO of NovaPay.

The company has allocated the funds raised towards business development and the expansion of its loan products.

NovaPay bonds are available for purchase by private investors online via the company’s app. The investment term ranges from 1 to 12 months, with a yield of up to 18% per annum, depending on the term. Since 2023, NovaPay has issued 13 bonds.
