- You can get the benefit only in the NovaPay app when paying with a NovaPay card
- You can pay for 6 parcels per month with a benefit of up to 20%
- The offer is valid for 1 calendar month
- The ability to pay for a parcel with a discount cannot be transferred to others
- When paying, the benefit will be instantly credited to your NovaPay card
- The offer is not valid for international shipments
- The benefit applies to paying for parcels for loved ones
- If the transfer is returned or payment is canceled, the benefit will be deducted from the card, and the offer will be returned

Is the maximum amount of benefits I can get limited?
The maximum amount you can save is 50 UAH for each of the six parcels. Thus, you can save up to UAH 300 per month 👍
How do I benefit when paying for a parcel?
After installing the application, each user automatically has the opportunity to pay for parcels in the mobile application with a NovaPay card with a benefit of up to 20%. To do this, you need to turn on the "Get the benefit" switch on the payment screen.
Please note ❗️❗️ The benefit does not apply if you pay for the parcel with another card or outside the NovaPay app, as well as for international shipments and parcels for which delivery services and cash on delivery fees have already been paid
Are taxes charged on the amount of the benefit?
Yes, we withhold and transfer taxes and fees on the amount of the benefit to the budget. A benefit is an additional income. Therefore, if you have privileges or subsidies, this may result in their loss.
Can I refuse the benefit?
Yes, just turn off the "Get the benefit" switch in the app before paying for the parcel

Can I get a benefit when paying for a parcel with a NovaPay card at a Nova poshta branch?
No, you can pay for parcels with a 20% benefit only with a NovaPay card in the NovaPay mobile application. If you pay for a parcel with a card outside the NovaPay application, the benefit is not valid
Can I get the benefit when paying for international delivery?
No, you can't. The offer is valid only for parcels within Ukraine
Can I use the benefit for parcels with the services "Reliable purchase" and "Safe service" when shopping on OLX, Shafa, etc?
Yes, you can. When making a purchase, you need to select Nova poshta delivery and the cash-on-delivery payment method. Then, when you receive the parcel, you can pay for the delivery and transfer fee with a benefit of up to 20%
What are the main terms and conditions of the NovaPay loyalty program?
After registering in the NovaPay app, you get a 20% discount on the cost of delivery and cash-on-delivery fee at Nova poshta for 6 parcels per month. The maximum amount is 50 UAH per parcel.
✅ The loyalty program is available automatically and is located in the application's "Bonus" section.
✅ The 20% benefit is applied automatically only if you pay for services in the NovaPay application with a NovaPay card. The loyalty program does not apply if you pay with a card of another bank or in Nova poshta.
✅ The amount of 20% of the cost of the selected services is credited to your account instantly at the time of payment.
✅ The offer is updated monthly, which means that you can get a 20% benefit for 6 transactions to pay logistics services and cash on delivery fees every month.
✅ The offer is valid for 1 calendar month from the date of registration in the application. For example, if the user registered on 14.12.2024, the offer "20% benefit for 6 parcels" is available to him until 14.01.2025. The next day, on January 15, 2025, 6 payments with a 20% benefit will be available again. Offers unused in the previous month will expire and not be carried over to the next month.
✅ In case of a transfer return or cancellation of payment for services, the accrued amount is debited from the customer's card account, and the offer is returned.
✅ The loyalty program applies to paying for parcels for loved ones.
✅ The ability to pay for a parcel with a profit cannot be transferred to others.
✅ The loyalty program does not apply to international delivery
