Yana Levada has been named among the Top 50 most influential women in Ukrainian fintech for the third time

Yana Levada, Director of Retail Business Development at NovaPay, has been named in the ‘Top 50 Most Influential Women in Fintech 2026’ ranking by the Ukrainian Association of Fintech and Innovative Companies (UAFIC). This is the third year running that Yana has received this recognition. This year, she was recognised in the FINTECH VISION category.

The annual survey brings together female leaders who are shaping the development of financial technology and innovation in Ukraine.

Yana has over 18 years’ experience in banking and fintech, including more than 13 years in senior management roles. In 2016, Yana joined the NovaPay team. She has headed the Business Development Department since December 2023 and is currently developing the company’s retail business. Under her leadership, the NovaPay app was created, and Cash2Card, Tap-To-Phone, and an online payment service for Nova poshta customers were launched.

The ‘Top 50 Most Influential Women in Fintech’ ranking is organised annually by the Ukrainian Association of Fintech and Innovative Companies to recognise women in the sector who are driving the development of Ukrainian fintech, introducing innovations, and shaping its future.
