NovaPay customers can now receive electronic receipts by email

NovaPay has updated its approach to delivering fiscal receipts and invoices. From now on, for transactions carried out at Nova poshta branches, via couriers and through certain remote channels, electronic documents will be sent to customers by email.

This update will make receiving and storing financial documents even more convenient. If the customer’s email address has been specified and confirmed in the NovaPay or Nova poshta systems, the fiscal receipt will be automatically sent by email immediately after the transaction is completed.

For remote channels, NovaPay will use a multi-tiered approach to delivering electronic documents. First and foremost, receipts and invoices will be sent by email. If no email address is provided or it is invalid, the system will automatically use other communication channels: push notifications, Viber, or SMS.

At the same time, for transactions that customers carry out themselves within the NovaPay app, the procedure for obtaining documents remains unchanged: receipts and invoices are still available directly within the app.

“We are constantly working to ensure that NovaPay’s financial services are as convenient as possible for our customers. Most of our users are used to storing documents digitally, so the option to receive receipts by email is a logical next step in the development of our services. At the same time, we understand that, in some cases, customers may need a paper receipt. Therefore, as before, it will be possible to obtain one at the branch where the transaction took place,” said Yana Levada, Director of Retail Business Development at NovaPay.
